Sophia uses her length to be a stifling defender. Plays light on her feet and is a smooth athlete for her size. A real anchor for her teams defense that is excellent while guarding on and off the ball while also having great timing as a shot blocker. She also is great at denying the ball in the post and forcing turnovers. Her first step is lightning fast and regularly blows past opposing bigs off the dribble. She has exceptional smooth footwork off the drive and a soft touch at the rim.
