The definition of a “3&D” player, she provides a spark on both ends of the floor. Maggie will let it fly from outside and is a capable ball handler that communicates well with her teammates. She spreads the ball around and is an unselfish player.
Harper has long arms with quick feet and can cover a lot of ground quickly. Comes out of nowhere to bat a shot down or come up with a steal in the passing lane. She is an excellent rebounder for her age and is on her way to becoming a great player in the future.
You can tell Hannah has a high IQ by the way she plays. She uses her quickness to play at a fast pace and push the tempo. She stays ready as a shooter and cutting hard and running off screens to get open. She will light it up from outside and make a team pay for leaving her open.
Tianna has a great understanding of the game at such a young age. She can handle the ball, shoot the three, and score at the bucket. She is scrappy as a defender and takes the challenge of trying to shut down the other team’s best player. You can tell she is locked in when she gets down in her stance. She brings good energy on the floor and crashes the boards on a consistent basis.
Bogie is a crafty scorer that can manufacture a lot of good looks for herself off of the bounce. She can shoot from any where on the court and has a good touch from beyond the arc. She plays with a solid understanding of the game and is a quality guard for her team.
Lanayjah has great mix of size and athleticism for her age. Uses her long arms and quick feet to close out fast and cause havoc on the defensive end. She flies around the court and races up the floor in transition. She is a well balanced player that can score inside, facilitate the offense, and put the ball on the floor.
Lily does the little things that help a team win like hustling, communicating on defense, and running the floor hard in transition. At times she will play the point forward role for her team and when she does she looks comfortable putting the ball on the floor while running the offense. She is really consistent shooting from the midrange and has the strength to shoot the ball from three. Her combination of size and athleticism give her versatility as a defender. She does a great job of rotating for her age and uses her long arms to disrupt passing lanes and block shots inside.
Malaya has all the physical tools needed to be a lockdown defender. Slides her feet step for step with anyone out on the perimeter, she makes opponents work hard on the offensive end. She has great anticipation for poking balls loose and batting shots away. She likes to push the tempo and score in the fast break. Finishes at the rim with either hand and will stop on a dime and knock down a pull up jumper off the dribble.
Jill has a smooth release on her jumper and will knock down shots from the outside at a high clip. She has a great feel for the game not only as a scorer but as a playmaker too. She is always looking out for open teammates while the play develops. She is a good ball handler and will hit some big shots in the clutch.
