2025 Jolisa Butts (Gahanna Lincoln)
Jolisa is an athletic and quick guard who handles the ball well offensively. She will look to shoot the midrange pull-up jumper or get to the rim.
2025 Demarionna Branch (Warrensville Heights)
One of the quickest guards I saw play all day. Hard to keep in front of you on the perimeter and remains under control with the ball. Dangerous in transition. She is a tough defender and great competitor. She has nice touch around the rim and can make some impressive moves in the paint.
2025 Courtney Barwick (Louisville)
Courtney is a quick guard who will look to attack the rim as well as shoot the three. On the defensive end, she plays aggressively using her quick feet and 5’8” frame to contest opposing players. She is aggressive, causes turnovers, and will crash the boards hard.
2025 Goldi Aschkenasy (Beachwood)
Has good size and a good build, but is still very raw. She struggles defending outside the paint but can affect shots around the rim. When she’s able to play on the block she does good things on both sides of the ball. Has good potential with her size, but needs to continue to work on her post moves around the rim.
2024 Leilani McNeill (Warrensville Heights)
She is a very athletic guard. She plays fast and is all over the floor. Her defense starts the fast break for her team off of tips and deflection. She can attack more to improve her game. She is an above average shooter hitting multiple 3s.
2024 Chelsea Johnson (Warrensville Heights)
Chelsea has a solid frame and moves quite well on her feet. She plays with a high motor and is constantly fighting for rebounds and loose balls. She has active hands on defense and runs the floor very well in transition. She uses her foot work and size to gain position and score from inside the paint.
2024 Breayah Jefferson (Toledo Rogers)
One of the quickest guards I watched all day. Stops & starts with the ball and is always under control. Sees the opening and can dish to players when help side picks up. She can shoot it off the dribble which makes her hard to guard coming off screens. Commands the court really well and plays both ends. She has a lot of counter moves that she is ready to use when reading defenders. One of the most impressive players I watched. On the defensive end, she pressures the ball well forcing turnovers.
2024 Anna Hurst (Stow)
Anna is a very tough guard who plays both ends of the court. She is a solid player who can shoot, drive, pass and play D. She plays unselfishly and makes great decisions which shows off her IQ. She is used to playing in high tempo games year-round. She wouldn’t miss a beat with the difference in speed and physicality at the next level.
