Haylee Flannery (2028) Team Iowa
Flannery is a rangy wing/forward who can move her feet defensively on the perimeter. She runs the floor well in transition and can make sound choices with the ball.

Glenn is a solid off ball guard/wing who moves well off the ball. She stays engaged when the ball isn’t in her hands and can work her way into space to get open looks off the catch.
Morgan is a physical two-way guard who can keep her assignment in front of her. She moves her feet well and has the speed to hurt defenses in their transition offense. She’s not flashy, but she makes winning plays.
Hayes is an athletic guard who is disruptive defensively at the point of attack. She moves her feet laterally and has the length to make plays on the ball. She turned defense into offense quickly.
The 6-2 forward is a physical and mobile player who rebounded at a high level. She plays hard and knows how to use her size. She also takes pride in winning her space in the post.
The lefty is a player who can space the floor and knock down shots. She thrived as a catch-and-shoot threat and helped open the floor for her ball dominant teammates.
The Michigan native did a solid job playing through pressure and getting her teammates the ball. She got downhill well and was able to finish over taller defenders in the paint.
The 6-2 post is a physical presence around the basket. She uses her size to deter players from shooting around the rim. I also liked how well she held her ground around the rim.
Polley is a solid creator who can beat her defender off the dribble and get to her spots offensively. She turned the corner well and forced defenses to help to keep her out of the lane. Her passing also helped generate open looks for her teammates.
Knight is a talented perimeter shooter who can create her shot off the dribble. She has a solid handle and sees the floor well and when she has the ball. The Utah native also can get her shot off quickly when she hunts her shot off the dribble.
