Nobbe is a post player who does a lot of fundamental things well. She sets solid screens, rolls hard, uses her size to carve out space for herself around the rim. Nothing is too flashy, but she does the little things well.
Hard-nosed player who doesn’t give up on plays. She is willing to go flying into the row of chairs on the sideline to help earn her team an extra possession. I also like how well she runs the floor in transition.
She is a guard who can handle the ball under pressure and push the ball up the floor in transition. She’s a solid athlete who can make plays in the open floor and can make right read with the ball in her hands.
The 5-7 guard/wing is a player who has the physical tools to overpower her matchup on both ends of the floor. She crashes the glass hard, and can earn multiple offensive rebounds in a possession. Her motor stands out.
The Wisconsin native is a solid slasher who can get downhill and finish around the rim. She uses ball screens well and can attack gaps in defenses. She’s also fairly long and can make plays on the defensive end.
The 6-1 post player is a solid athlete who runs the floor well for her size. She has the speed to beat her matchup down the floor and help get her team easy baskets in transition. Her motor will help her excel at her size at the next level.
The Virginia native is a wing who has shown she can get downhill and find her teammates when help collapses on her. She has solid floor vision and is as selfless as anyone on the floor. She hasn’t scored much, if at all, but she makes positive plays when she has the ball in her hands.
The 5-10 wing does an excellent job of attacking the basket and putting pressure on defenses. She changes directions well and is comfortable getting to either hand when she’s driving to the rim. She is a handful to keep out of the paint.
She finds ways to be around the ball all the time. The Virginia native isn’t the most physically imposing player on the floor, but she rebounds well for her size. She plays hard when she’s on the floor and helps her team win on the margins.
She’s an undersized guard, but I love her edge on both ends of the floor. She competes defensively and has the physical tools to impact the game on that end. She is also powerful enough to play through contact and finish around the basket or get to the free throw line.
