Plays with a good feel for the game and shows excellent instincts on the defensive end. She is quick to rotate and utilizes her athleticism to be a stifling defender on every level. An active rebounder for her size and plays with high energy. Keeps the ball moving, constantly looking to make the extra pass. Stays patient and lets the game come to her, but once she finds her rhythm she is a lethal scorer that can make defenders look silly.
Jalannie has incredible lateral quickness and is a menace guarding in space. Applies good pressure as an on-ball defender and forces a lot of turnovers. Looks to attack the basket and finish in the lane. Helps alleviate the pressure on the pg by being a reliable secondary ball handler for her team.
Can get to her spots by breaking down defenders off of the dribble. A smart scorer that can get to the rim or splash a pull up jumper right in the opponent’s face. Makes the right plays as a passer and gives effort on defense.
A stout defender inside that rebounds with a high motor. Agile on her feet with great mobility in her hips when changing direction and moving laterally. Dynamic on the offensive end. Can score inside and out and is comfortable making plays for her teammates out on the perimeter.
Is a floor general that can see plays happen before they develop. Will thread the needle with some beautiful passes and displays great ball security as a dribbler. Plays with a high IQ and makes smart, sound decisions as a passer.
A terrific finisher at the rim. She glides through the air and stays balanced when scoring through traffic. Gives good effort on defense and does a solid job of staying active on the glass. Overall, she is a very well rounded player.
Provides a physical presence for her team in the middle and doesn’t back down from anyone. Very smooth on her feet given her size. Has a never give up attitude and keeps a lot of plays alive on the offense glass for her team.
Competes with a competitive edge on both ends of the court. Her jump shot is automatic from the outside. Won’t force up bad shots and does a good job of taking what the defense gives her. Comfortable making plays inside and will blow right past defenders off the dribble whenever they overextend themselves on close outs.
Kennedi’s athleticism is off the charts. She has all the physical tools needed to be a lock-down defender. Reliable ball handler that can make plays for herself as well as her teammates off of the dribble.
