She shoots well from the perimeter, usually taking what the defense gives her, shooting high percentage shots. She has great court vision, creating scoring opportunities for her teammates.
An absolute rim protector. Tough assignment to guard without fouling and she has the strength to finish through contact. She thrives in pick and roll situations.
She will stretch defenses out well past the 3pt line, as she’s a serious perimeter offensive threat. Her shot selection is high percentage but she commands respect every time the basketball is in her hands.
A strong finisher around the basket. Good help-defender. She is quick to close out on shooters and is quick to boxout her girl anytime a shot goes up.
This girl wreaks havoc any time she puts the ball on the floor. When she decides to penetrate baseline from the deep wing or corner areas, front courts beware! She has great agility to battle through larger post players, avoiding contact as she she finishes inside. She also excels at rebounding, as she manages to keep those bigger and stronger post players boxed out. She can adequately defend practically any type of player.
She’s quick to recognize gaps & penetrate to the basket. She’ll expose most front court players, with her agility when inside.
This girl’s bag runs deep! She posseses a silky smooth jumpshot which she can sink from any location on the floor. Her off the dribble game is elite, as her handles will leave defenders in knots. Quick feet and hands, defensively.
Plays really solid defense. Shes constantly moving and switching on and off players when needed. She’s quick to recognize her role as a help defender. Can score with ease, when taking ball of the dribble. Will also make opponents pay for leaving her open outside the arc.
Does well using the backboard on her interior shot attempts. Can put the ball on the floor when needed. Strong rebounder, boxing out and maintaining her space. She quickly recognizes outlet opportunities for quick transition scores.
