Olivia has a great shooting stroke and will knock down shots when left uncontested. She shows the ability to handle the ball reliably in the half court. She plays unselfishly and is willing to make the extra pass to her teammate.
Israelle is a speedy point guard that’ll run the show for her team on offense. She gets down the floor fast with the ball in her hands while playing under control. Even while undersized she showcased the balance needed to finish strong in traffic and through contact. She moves her feet well while defending out on the perimeter and does a good job of using active hands to come up with steals.
Naomi is quick off her feet and has good timing as a shot blocker. She has a lanky frame and runs the floor athletically. She rebounds the ball with a high motor and battles hard for second chance opportunities.
Avery is very skilled for her size. She has a nice looking jumper and can score on all three levels of the floor. She makes smart decisions with the ball in her hands and is a very reliable ball handler. She can create good looks for herself effectively off of the dribble. She has the length to deflect shots at the rim and the foot speed to close out to shooters quickly on the perimeter.
As a young guard, sometimes you shy away and play differently in an atmosphere like this, but she played as if she was older. She hit the passing lanes consistently, scores well off the dribble and made a lot of hustle plays that you don’t see at this age.
Workman name says it for herself. Works hard on both ends of the floor, setting great screens and boxing out on a consistent basis. She is a player who can do the dirty work and still make a big impact during the game.
As a small guard, you have to know when to pick and choose your spots, but in her case, she gets to her sweet spot by any means. With her quick burst off her first step and then to be able to see the cutter shows she has good court awareness.
Jada is all energy from the time she steps on the court to the buzzer. She plays very aggressively on both sides of the ball to cause mistakes and take it coast to coast for multiple layups.
Long wing player that can shoot. From distance, spot up and on the move. If you leave her open she will make you pay. She moves well without the ball in her hands, sharp cuts around the paint area, and also looks to get her teammates involved.
Active player with skills and ability. Noticed her intensity, lateral quickness, and active hands on the defensive end. Fights through contact, screens and does a good job pressuring the ball. Has a smooth shot from deep and will let it fly with confidence. High basketball IQ and plays well with her teammates. Good handles and will attack the open gap.
