Love this kids patience and poise. Match that with her sharp ball handling skills and she is a very formidable team leader and offensive catalyst. She showed that she could penetrate and finish with either hand. She has a little swag to her game, and plays with confidence.
Kayla is an absolute problem! She’s the most athletic kid on the court and has a strong build to go with it. She soars around when the balls in the air stealing rebounds and snatching passes at will. Offensively she has a very diverse game where she can play back to the basket or face up. She can hurt you as a shooter as well and she displayed the ability to connect mid to deep.
Kaitlyn has been performing well all month, and she hasn’t slowed down yet. She moves the ball up the floor very well, she trusts herself to not only make the right decision, but to also be able to make long transition passes that may be a little more risky. She is relentless to the basket and makes any defenders day very tough. She can also finish well with either hand.
She is a “one woman wrecking crew” on the boards. She is so active all over the court and will cause real problems for teams that can’t slow her down. You love to see the heart and fearlessness she plays with as an undersized wing. Her combination of quickness and strength make her hard to stop when she has a full head of steam headed toward the rim. She does a good job of chasing after missed shots and making smart cuts to get easy points at the basket.
Victoria provides her team with steady guard play. Makes smart passes while avoiding turnovers. She is a solid shooter that you cannot leave open, she will stretch the defense out whenever she is playing off the ball. She uses her long arms well when contesting shots on defense.
A hard nosed defender that can do a little bit of everything on both ends of the floor. Shawnee plays hard every second she is on the court. Makes a lot of winning plays by coming up with big rebounds, running the floor in transition, and knocking down timely baskets when her team needs a spark.
A pass first point guard that will slice and dice through the defense. She has great court vision and does an outstanding job of setting up her teammates for easy scores. Makes some truly beautiful passes with the ball in her hands. Always plays under control and never gets rattled by the defense. She’s athletic and can catch a defense off guard by how fast she can get in the paint.
Emma is a a scrappy guard that plays the game the right way. She is reliable as a ball handler and keeps her eyes moving, looking for ways to set up her teammates. She moves well off the ball and can shoot the ball beautifully from the outside.
Destini can absolutely be dominant inside the paint. She is an excellent rebounder and a problem to keep off the offensive glass. She is a good athlete that runs the floor well for her size. She plays with a high motor and is a bully down low. She will muscle her way into good post position and go up strong over smaller defenders around the basket.
A long lanky forward that can torch a defense whichever way she decides. For her size Haun is a smooth athlete in the open floor and is graceful on her feet. She has great footwork inside and can score at all three levels. She has a high release and will knock down shots standing still or off the dribble over anybody. Tempo can guard all five positions and is excellent help side.
