A no nonsense tough as nails guard who just gets the job done. She will ruthlessly attack any defender, and have the same intensity on the other end of the floor. She showed an absolutely superb midrange game. She’s very good at getting to her spots, pulling up on a dime and finding nothing but net from anywhere. She is spectacular at getting to the rim and the foul line, where she’s efficient at both.

Jaida is a very athletically gifted player, and you can tell she’s watched a lot of basketball. She is lightning fast, a one woman press breaker and a high-flying scorer. She got face-guarded and double teamed all week and she’s just too fast and too big for it to be effective. Stopping her from getting into the paint is impossible, and she’s a huge problem when she gets there. She skies and finishes like few ladies can do, and can distribute in the air like even fewer can.

Once again she’s shown she is one of the top young players in the country. This is the third time we’ve seen her this month and she showed more of her perimeter game than we’ve seen yet. She’s running around on defense guarding the opponent’s best player, regardless of position. She is a high flier when it comes to rebounding, and she’s virtually unstoppable in the paint. She showed off a really nice deep ball in Tampa, shooting the ball very effectively mid-range and deeper.

Really loved how tough and versatile she is. She is a natural PG but can also play off the ball. She takes care of the ball, even against really tough pressure. She keeps the offense rolling, knocks down open jump shots, and does a very good job of attacking the paint to make plays for her teammates. Gets to the line and is very reliable there. Really nice in transition, playing at high speeds and making good decisions.

She outworked everyone on the court. She crashed the boards, got her team extra possessions and second chance points, and defended the ball hard. She showed a high IQ on some drives, making some high-level dump off passes for teammates. She can score in the paint and drives with purpose and bad intentions.

This young lady is a true interior defensive gem! She’s well over 6’, approaching 6.5’, and very long arms. She challenges every single shot, makes easy looks at the basket tough, and blocks more than her fair share. She runs the floor very well, has decent hands and showed an ability to score on the move. Back to the basket moves are still developing, and they will as she matures and puts more muscle on.

She is a pure PG, she plays with a competitive spirit and nonstop passion. She has great ball skills, can pass and handle, and gets up the floor in a flash. Not the fastest but she can handle any pressure a feisty guard puts on her. She is a dangerous shooter who proved to be very efficient. Loved her reaction to missing a game winner, and her resilience bouncing back the following day.
