Brookelynn controlled the game from the start by getting her teammates set up with open shots and attacking the basket that’s what you want in your guard. She can shoot from deep with unlimited range, she plays at a pace to whom she is guarding, she can wear them down with her intensity and still have enough in the tank to score on the other end.

Ava is a flat out all-around player, and as she hit multiple three’s. She looked off the defenders for the perfect pass she and got her teammates going. She is very feisty on the defensive side playing body to body, but moving her feet well.

She has a lot of upside to her game. She causes havoc in the paint on the defensive side, having multiple blocks, having the opposing team think twice before shooting near her again, and has a soft touch around the rim.

Plays hard on both ends of the court, can guard multiple positions and apply great pressure on the ball. She is a force on the glass grabbing multiple rebounds in the same possession. Very strong around the basket and can finish in traffic.

For her size, she is a very skilled guard that can cause chaos with her penetration to the basket. Nice shot from the outside and mid-range, she is a very aggressive playmaker. Moves well through traffic and will not force the shot if it’s not there.

A true floor leader who can get the job done on both ends of the court at any given time. She is a top-tier scorer and picks her spots, has very good court awareness, and she reads the defense well to be able to get passes off that you wouldn’t think could make it. As her AAU season progressed, her defense picked up, her on-ball skills is great she has shown she can be one of the top guards when she is done.
